How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows its own estimate. Items from our UK warehouse usually arrive in 3–10 working days; items from overseas take 5–19. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is delivery free?

Yes, on UK orders over £30. Below that, standard delivery is £3.95.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can cancel and return any item within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. See our returns policy for the details.

How often should I change the fountain filter?

Every 2–4 weeks for one cat, more often with several. The fountain comes with 7 filters, which is roughly four months’ worth or more.
