Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason. This is your legal right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to return

Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page, with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the item back.

Please send items back clean, and in their original packaging if you still have it. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used beyond what's needed to see whether it works for your cat.

Return postage

You pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

We refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back. If you cancel and return your whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, or stops working, tell us with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including delivery. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
