Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free on orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a standard delivery charge of £3.95.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the item, and each product page shows its own estimate. Items from our UK warehouse usually arrive in 3–10 working days; items shipped from our overseas warehouse take 5–19 working days. Items in the same order may ship separately, at no extra cost to you. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may take longer.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, or arrives damaged, get in touch through our Contact page and we'll sort it out.
