Delivery

UK delivery is free on orders over £30. Below that, it's £3.95.

Delivery time depends on the item, and each product page shows its own estimate before you pay. Items from our UK warehouse usually arrive in 3–10 working days; items shipped from our overseas warehouse take 5–19 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order includes items from both, they may arrive separately.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Returns

You can cancel and return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. To start a return, get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and we'll reply with the return address.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Please send items back clean, and in their original packaging if you still have it.

We refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it back. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original delivery charge.

Faulty or arrived damaged? Tell us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, delivery included. Full details are in our returns policy. None of this affects your statutory rights.
